HeIlo, I am Clarissa, a certified Nutritional Therapist and Naturopath. I take a holistic approach to your health and well-being, looking beyond isolated conditions to consider the whole body. I am also a mum to an exceptional “superhuman” little boy who is on the Autism Spectrum, who taught me that everyone has their own healing journey.
I am extremely honored to be part of your health journey. For me, naturopathic nutrition is not about rigid rules or quick fixes; it’s about nourishing your body and mind so that it can function optimally in this complex world. To do so, we take a deep dive into the causes of your health challenges and the individualised health protocol that will heal those challenges.
